Privacy Policy
Dearly collects only what it needs to connect callers and listeners, bill calls by the second and pay listeners. Calls are never recorded.
Who we are. Dearly is a voice-calling app operated by Arunjith S, Kerala, India ("we", "us"). Contact: oryzenproductions@gmail.com.
What we collect

What we do not do. We do not record or listen to calls. We do not sell or share your data for advertising. We do not use your contacts list.
Who helps us run Dearly. Razorpay (payments), Agora (voice connection during a call), Google Firebase (notifications), Supabase (database and sign-in). Each receives only the data needed for its job.
How long we keep data. Account details and call records stay while your account is open. Payment records are kept as Indian tax law requires. When you delete your account, it is kept for 30 days so you can restore it if you change your mind. After 30 days your profile, voice intro and device tokens are removed; call and payment records are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
Your rights. You can see and correct your name and voice intro in the app. You can delete your account from Profile, or by writing to oryzenproductions@gmail.com. You can withdraw from notifications in your phone settings, but then incoming calls will not ring.
Children. Dearly is only for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes. We will post any change to this policy in the app and on this page, with the date.
